Ever hear of SarcasticGamer.com? It was an independent video gaming blog and community site that was relaunched as a podcast. As part of the GamerCast Network, a community of independent podcasters, the website focused on parodying the latest events happening in the gaming industry. Although the website was best known for its satirical news articles and parodies, it also featured reviews, news, opinions and rants. All articles, however, stayed true to the "sarcastic" ethos of the site. Sarcastic Gamer was relaunched as a podcast-only website in December 2012 before closing its site in 2015, according to Wikipedia.

Didn't mean to talk your ear off. Anyway, one of the parody songs the website made was "I Hate This". Making music videos of this parody song was something of a minor trend on YouTube between 2007 and 2009. I'm in the process of making one right now. If you want to help out, you're welcome to do so.
