You should create a mindmap just for the planning stuff and the organisations. Like for example what you want in that trailer. What you want to show, tell and promise your viewers and some generell infos about you and what you do. A mind-map always can help you out with bigger projects. For a 3 minute long Trailer for your channel. It would be really really recommended to have more videos. Because having a trailer and only 3 videos. Doesn't really pay out at the end. For me as example. I would not know how to do a trailer with only 3 Videos. Make sure about what you want to do on youtube and it is important to STAY on your topic. If you change your topic to often, you wont gain much viewers. Since your subscriber, subscribe to those videos they like for example: Montages or Tutorials. Understand? It doesnt make sense if you have a trailer that tells your viewers that you do make Tutorials and How to... and then you only have Game play on your channel.

Make a list of things you want to do.
Make a list of things you need.
Depending on how much detail you want and how long it takes to create. The price for this kind of art is diffícult to disscust.

A 3 minute intro seems kinda long. And making a 3 minute SFM takes a very long time if you want it to look good.
