I've set mat_fullbright to 0 and enabled lighting, and it still looks weird. When I import the maps I get an error message saying that it's missing HDR lightmaps, and I've followed tutorials addressing this, but my files never line up with the files the tutorial people have and when I follow their steps I run into error messages. It doesn't help that all the tutorials on the subject that I can find are pre-Steampipe.

Also, I've read that there's no way to import demos, but if there was, that would be awesome.
