A few years ago I was hired by game developer Idol Minds because of my experience with SFM. We're currently ramping up for a new interactive cinematic video game project with a AAA game publisher, so we're looking to hire a team of Cinematic Artists. No. Unless you have legal documentation stating that you have permission to use another companies assets from a video game. Don't use them. Stick to the DLC in which valve provides inside SFM and you'll be okay... as long as you don't use copyrighted music/images.

You can always try applying a particle system to a model!

I JUST did this with a tf2 MVM map by decompiling it with BSPSource (http://www.ata4.info/bspsrc/downloads.html) then opening it in hammer. Once it was open in hammer I went around and deleted the lights I did not want. After that I found the light_environment entity and removed that which made the scene 100% where there were no lights.

Hope that helps... not sure how hammer works with dota 2 maps.

Type "mat_specular 0" into the console.
If that doesn't work... type "buildcubemaps" and restart SFM.

It would look real nice if you attempted to animate some physics into the door landing. Make it bounce a bit. Right now it just falls forward and lands perfectly flat. Otherwise it looks nice.

I don't want ot go into too much detail but I need a cat model with a few things added to it that would be out of the norm. If you feel that you're capable of such a task please PM me instead of posting here. There's multiple ways I could compensate the right person for this job.

Great feedback. Someone has pointed out the motion blur before and I hadn't even thought of adding it at the time. It will be put into consideration for my next video that's for sure. Thanks for the critique, Sir.
