I have a transparent model with the AO problem.
Many fixes people give are change the "$AmbientOcclusion" "0". My problem is I don't have a VMT file.

I've used it in every animation I've worked on since getting a Kinect. It's so quick and easy and gives great results. Of course, there is still a lot of animation that needs to be fixed / created by hand after, but it definitely cuts production times down.

Certain custom models out there with biped_skeletons are not rigged either, which makes hand-animating difficult; but they can often be mocapped with ease.

Emotions on characters are 3 dimensional and for just a smile it would take you a lot of time..
I was wondering is there a way to adjust them to sliders.

I see more and more people using the Kinect to animate.
I was thinking to buy one myself because sometimes animating gestures or walk cycles drives me mad.

I've just been wondering for other people who use motion capture for animating, do they use it often or is it just one of those things that you use for a bit then leave it?

I really would like to hear your opinion.

I always get excited when I see new models but I get so disappointed the moment I see that there are no animations for the facial bones.

If someone can help me I would really appreciate it

Looic, which Caramel model? I have one that I got from this pack ( http://www.deviantart.com/art/Male-pony-pack-release-311059645 ) and it works fine.

It isn't really the Batman model that's the problem.
I've seen other people using it. My SFM crashes when I just select it in the model menu.
