You clearly got the concept of describing the personality with poses which is good. I don't have any new work to post here though.

Could use work. The artstyles from the character to prop models seem to clash with each other, the lighting seems pretty bland resulting in the characters not popping. Also think the person in the foreground should be on higher ground to use balancing elements. Have something lead the eyes to and from the foreground and background.

Try enabling and disabling lighting again. Right click on the viewport, and you should see a checkmark that you can tick off and on.
