What exactly do you need help with? Animating, ideas, writing? If you could be a tad bit more specific I could help you out in most departments.

Good programm for making storyboard
Celtx has got a storyboard program, although I've never tried it.
Just go to Celtx.com and make an account, then try out the story board, since I've never done it.

Need ideas cause i have no imagination
I would watch some short films on YouTube or read some stories. You can always find great ideas through that kind'a stuff. I'm imaginative as hell sometimes.
Coming up with a really good idea, that's the hard part.

What are you going for, exactly?
Sci-Fi? Comedy? Action? Horror?
I know you may not be able to think of something off the top of your head, but if you could be just a tad more specific, I could give you some detailed ideas on those subjects.
