right click on the tab where are your models and click something called "particles system" its something like this. and choose your particles, if none appears, go to game/tf/particles. the path is something like this, sorry for errors im doing this with my mind.

i don't think there's one, but i'm not sure, maybe you'll find an custom effect, but its more easy to add 'em in photoshop/sai/csp/paint.net or other things like that

maybe too much light on the front, and maybe ye need a orange/yellow light from behind the sniper, for the explosion light
