[REQUEST][OPEN] Simple cloud particle/model.
Hello there awesome people, i've been for a long time looking for a cloud-like model or particle, but there doesn't seem to be any on tf's particles, i don't know anything about particle making (i should learn i know), so i would kindly like to ask for someone to make me this simple particle, for more details, im actually trying to use it as floor c:

Im pretty sure resizing the blizzardly storm unusual effect from tf2 would make it, i seriously need to learn how to make particles :c

Thanks in advance.
