In the current iteration of SFM you cannot equip weapons/items that are not the vanilla ones. Spawning a weapon just spawns the model and cannot be picked up. To make the cabinet appear, right click on the viewport, game entities, and click other entities.

If your gonna do it in SFM than your seriously limited, but you could add a vignette, film grain, and maybe some color correction.

Is the lag present in the final export? What format is it? If it's avi than that's normal.

There are different purposes for each, the graph editor is your main solution to doing animation, but the motion editor can let you do a finer higher quality, yet harder method of animating called "blocking". I personally recommend the graph editor.

Blade the clip and make a new senry, SFM is full of bugs of that like and I've run into many of issues like that which can usually be solved by just making the model again, this makes sure your clips are not too long.

Open the dir_vpk's located in the tf2 directory with gcfscape and copy the models materials, sounds, particles into the tf2 folder inside of sfm.
