If you think taking 45 minutes for a video to export is long then your not doing it right, a good video should take hours and maybe even all day just to render a two minute video! Your settings are obviously low, and export as a .png image sequence, never a video file.

If you want, but 2 seconds in the video you see what I mean, his left leg is the only limb moving which just looks extremely awkward.

Then get virtualdub to turn the image sequence into an avi then you should be able to import it into movie maker.

It sounds like none to me.

sorry but if your not using image sequence your not doing it right, export as a png sequence then in your preferred video editor import it. Easy. If you exported as avi, then yeah its gonna be laggy because its lossless, no pc can play it back smoothly, but if you upload it it will be fine but take a while.

that happens if your selecting something wrong, usually the root transfrom.
