I also found out that you could just export the level meshes, compile them as effects, and then dump them into SFM to use as scenery and have it be properly lit since it's primarily dynamic lights you use in there.

I'm looking for guys to do some ambient sounds for a medieval SFM project, "Trials of The Soul Arts". The sounds I'm looking for range from sounds of nature, to demonic noises for beasts of unholy nature. I'm looking for people to help me work on a *new* project called "Trials of The Soul Arts", a tribute to dark fantasy medieval genre and the "Souls" games in general. I already have soemthing cooked up with someone for a teaser, but some of the work to be used in the project have yet to be released or edited for use in SFM (ie the shadowgreen map doesn't have HDR and the Large Sword of Moonlight from the Blade Symphony Workshop). https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=322011259 My laptop isn't very good at keeping cool with doing SFM, so I'm stuck with doing cool posters for the concept, jotting down ideas on the project with others and basically directing/writing the project in general.

I'm on the fence on whether or not to use actors, or keep the characters slient and let body language dictate their motivations. Lastly, Some of the maps and characters I thought I could use will probably require assets from Dark Souls I and maybe II.

I really do like the ominance from the Heavy's investigation in that quick video. It's not the best animation (though the quick completion explains this), I do like what was going on.

Question, have you tried doing some "action" scenes?

I was hoping someone or some people would port Transformers models from High Moon Studios' "Fall of Cybertron" game for SFM. Sorry for the VERY long post, but these guys NEED to be popular again.

Necrobump. I wanted to bring this back because I'm still looking forward to finding ways to get these models from Fall of Cybertron. I've learn a bit on how to use umodel, but the models are in separate pieces of mesh files that I can't seem to find all the characters and weapons I'm looking for. I can't do this on my own. Was wondering if a modeler or two could, in there spare time, help export these characters and get the textures good and ready for SFM. There's only so much that one guy can do, and there's SO MUCH that I want to do with them if I had them.

I looked back at my gmod addons with the lightsaber tool and thought, "Would love to see these in SFM!" Turns out there were some lightsaber models with functioning blades. I took another look and found out that the "Darksaber" blade I use alot in my scenes was left out in the SFM collection along with other missing saber handles.
