Alright, the real theme for the next contest is another simple one. It's similar to the tower contest, but on it's side. Just build a test that maxes out the PTI editor space for only one, horizontal dimension. The other two dimensions can be anything as long as they are not also maxed out, or close to maxed out. Basically, it should resemble a tube shape.

Alright, I have an idea. You can make anything you want, with all elements and layouts allowed. But you have to design it with your non-dominant hand while hanging upside down and singing Kumbaya in reverse.

SInce it seems less people are entering and playing contest maps than usual, I'll try to make the next one simple to encourage participation.

The theme is "Tower." All you have to do is make your puzzle the maximum height of the PTI editor. The other two dimensions can be any width or length you want. The entrance must be at the bottom, and the exit at the top. All elements are allowed. The map doesn't have to be just one big tall room, but it should more or less resemble a tower-ish shape when viewed from third person.

I did plan on updating this map before posting, but every time I try to rebuild or publish, I get error messages, so this minimally polished version will have to do. Just have an effect. The main idea is to use an element from another room to solve a different one. Although the laser originates from room A, if it is redirected to or from somewhere else, including back to room A, it will be acceptable because you are using a cube or portal surface from room B. This also applies to things other than lasers. For example If a funnel or light bridge originates from room A, and is redirected back to room A using portals from room B and/ or room C. it is also fine.

Yes, it would be sufficient as long as the other criteria are met. Like, it can't take most or all of an entire wall, but anything else goes, including passing over or under it via funnel/ light bridge/ fling.
