Can anyone explain why the viewmodels break?

Like, I mean, they work perfectly fine to start with... But if I leave a server and join another one, there's a chance they're just broken now.

is there a compiled version of all the animation mods put together, i cant seem to do it myself without breaking something

gonna write it in a comments,
1 in console map itemtest
2 check animations
3A) start queing your matches IN A itemtest map (dont leave it)
3B) leave item test map and start search for your match
( i dont remember in what order leave or stay on map but you can try both)
4 and when you in match like ctf and want to seach for koth DO NOT LEAVE the server, just search it in game and no dumb corruption or broken models

I love these animations, but i hate how it crashes my game in like 5 minutes jumping into a casual server.

It would be nice if they didn't break for no reason mid-game, either sending me to default anims or completely hitching out like using a shotgun with fist animations.

I cannot use the scout animations. I have reinstalled it and removed all other custom files from the custom folder and it still doesn't work.

hello i have problems with my engineer animations bassicaly they don't execute, even in comp
i deleted my custom hud i i put the 0A into the name of the file and it still didn't execute anybody know how to fix it I'm pretty desperate (i even tried to reinstall tf2)

If your looking for the scout overhaul,use the old v2,then export the files you want to use for your fov,there is one in way back machine,but its blurry,but with effort you can find the download,some animations are a little glitchy,but it will help.

So far, I have most of the ones downloaded that dont have the broken inspects, but like, the heavy and demo animations aren't on the same level as the others. I mean it may be me, since my settings or items may be weird (since I use the tomislov and iron bomber), but the animations for those aren't very good. I just think those could be inproved a bit, along with the others having the inspects fixed. But the sticky reloading is amazing ngl very sexy reload.

has anything been changed with the spy animations? there are currently no working spy animations out there and itd be awesome to see them fixed.

i need help i started game with files and the ggame crash. next i start it again and i dont have the animations. what now

am I supposed to extract the file into my custom folder or keep it compressed, and can I have all three of the files in my custom folder and have it work?

When you go into a MVM match, the animations that weren't used will get broken.

I have a question about the heavy overhaul. This also applies to kiyoshi’s. When I install either one of them, it breaks all other animations. Does anyone have a fix for this?

guys if someone has problems with this working,
1. go into your tf2 folder and add the files into your "custom" folder, if there is no folder named custom just make one and name it that
2. launch tf2 and make your own server, the last option in the join game menu
3. after you joined the server and left you should be good to go to play on casual
if something doesnt work i recommend you watch spikey mikey's video, he explains it in more detail, cheers
