TBH I wouldn't post WIP stuff on a public group. I'm afraid that people will copy my work. If you other people decide to do so, be sure to upload it to Workshop first and make it private so you have hidden proof with a timestamp of the work being yours.

Your right and it's totally optional if you want to do it, however it's meant for people who need feedback before moving on and you don't have post a direct link.
