here is how to make "manifest.sii":
(Mod Manger meta data file - keep all info needed to be loading in mod manager )

in "manifest.sii" you add the name of your icon/picture name
# Icon inside the root directory of the mod.
icon: "mod_icon.jpg"
icon/picture: Can be only .jpg file with exact size: 276x162px
in general in your root dir need to have:
all mod files like def, .... ect. ect.
info.jpg --- name of file is up of you :)
