TSC Changes
  • Compatible with ScrnBalance v8.
  • Fixed exploit which allowed to drop and set gnome on enemy base.
  • At the start of the wave base is auto-set, even if gnome was dropped or haven't been picked up at all.
  • Spectator HUD update for TSC2 Tournament.

Golden/Camo/Neon weapon support
Instead of adding additional weapon to the trader, ScrN Balance offers switching gun skin on-the-fly by executing GUNSKIN console command or pressing a button on ScrN Features GUI page:

Weapon skins are saved in user.ini and restored every time player equips that weapon, so there is no need to change skin every time. Players can spawn with skinned weapon too (e.g. Golden AK47).
DLC checks is in place: you can't use skinned weapons without buying DLC(-s).


Gunslinger Perk
  • Reload speed bonus in Cowboy Mode lowered to 35% (down from 75%).
  • No fire rate bonus, except dual-9mm pistols in Cowboy Mode.
  • 44 Magnum's headshot multiplier raised to x1.2 (up from x1.1). Now it is possible to flinch-lock Scrakes with headshots.
  • Single pistol kills now are counted toward perk progress too.
  • Perk requirements raised x1.5 (configurable by ReqBalanceMode)
  • Max weight set to 15.
  • Laser 44 Magnum reload speed set the same as non-laser version

Money Balance
  • Buzzsaw Bow's price raised to $4000 (up from 2500)
  • Buzzsaw Blades's price raised to $80 (up from 60). 30% discount still is in place.
  • M99 ammo price raised to $99. 42% discount still is in place.
  • Seeker6 price lowered to $2500 (down from 4000).
  • M32 price raised to $4000 (up from 2500).

Weapon Balance
  • Seeker 6 damage raised to 130 and blast radius to 4m (up from 100 and 3m)
  • Removed Seeker's damage bonus to FP
  • Fixed missing sound in Seeker 6 projectile
  • Boomstick is switching before AA12 (configurable)
  • Fixed "Perked Weapons Switching First"
  • Dead players won't be dropping Knifes, Syringes and Welders anymore (except Story Mode)
  • M4-203 now allows prematurely stopping burst (shoot 1 or 2 bullets instead of 3)
  • Removed auto-swings from all melee weapons. Aim your shots instead of blindly holding M1.
  • Slightly lowered Axe's radial attack angle (~49 -> ~41 degrees)
  • Removed HRL.

Perk Balance
New config setting: bNoPerkChanges - disables perk change during the game.

Other Changes
  • Redesigned ScrN Settings GUI page.
  • Event zeds can be changed via WebAdmin now (Defaults->ScrnBalance).
  • Fixed player HP bar transparency and scaling over distance.
  • [TSC] Shortened distance cap on drawing enemy health bars to prevent spotting enemies in the darkness.
  • [TSC] bNoTeamSkins config option (forced false in tourney mode)
  • Added European Union flag for [EU] country tag.
  • Slightly adjusted perk lv7+ requirements for headshots, stalkers and welding points
  • ^p and ^t color tag support (perk color and team color)
  • All HUD messages support color tags now (e.g. Kill Messages)

TSC and Tourney Mode
  • TSC Tournament Playoff Members got Highly Decorated status (name icon and clan logo), achievement and perk xp boost.
  • MUTATE GIMMECOOKIES - gives perk xp boost, if caller is TSC Tournament Playoff Member. There is a button for that on ScrN Features GUI page.
  • TSC's Hardcore Level lowered from +8 down to +6.
  • Changed HL values for SuperZombies
  • Dead player can't do free roam in Tourney Mode and must stick to chasing teammates only.
Tourney now has different modes, which should be passed in command line: "?Tourney=X, where X is sum of the following values:
  • 0 - no tourney. Passing "?Tourney" without value now TURNS OFF tourney mode!
  • 1 - Tourney Mode On.
  • 2 - Vanilla Tourney.
  • 4 - Disable Starting Cash
Examples:
  • 1 - normal ScrN tourney like it was in TSC Community Tournament
  • 2 - Vanilla Tournament. Weapon balance is disabled.
  • 5 - ScrN Balance + No Staring Cash
  • 6 - Vanilla Tournament + No Staring Cash

Code-breaking Changes
  • ScrnScoreBoard: DrawCountryNameSE(), DrawNamePrefixIcons(), DrawNamePostfixIcons() changed arguments.
  • Several functions in ScrnVeterancyTypes marked as final.
  • TeamColors[] and TextColors[] moved from TSCHUD to ScrnHUD.
  • ScrnPlayerController.PostLogin() and ClientPostLogin() - working in ScrnGameType, ScrnStoryGameInfo and their subclasses only!
  • ScrnCustomPRI now replicated SteamID64 and have functions to convert it to SteamID32 and vice-versa.
  • ScrnBalance.ParseColorTags(): added 2nd optional parameter: PRI.
  • Fixed ScrnBalance.LongMessage()
  • BugFix: ScrnPlayerController.PreloadFireModeAssets() now correctly is passing WeaponFire argument.

Updated to v8.05
- In TSC Tourney mode free camera unlocks after team gets wiped.
- Fixed camera shift while switching between chase and free modes.
- Fixed several bugs in SteamID conversions.
- Added MVOTE R_KILL command for Tournament Referees
