Can you not? You're not that important to make exception

Invite others who do this, let them know they won't be accepted, or simpy join if you dislike people who do this; that way you can invite those people when they try adding.

I'ts a serious disrespect to not read other peoples profiles. I mean if i spend time doing it, i have a reason. Plus it helps to see some things about the other person and if you might have the chances for good conversations or not.
