I need more details.
How exactly this error occur?
Please explain it step by step if you can. A video would be very helpful.

To your question "what is happening?" I can only guess this:
Something went wrong by using the Western Locos couplers while a gmod camera was active. But I tested that and got no error on my side.

Therefore I need more and precise infos to help here.
