I too want to persue a career in Astronomy. I have been fascinated by all of these celestial objects and the universe as a whole! Who know's what's we can find out there, and that's the fun part because I love to speculate about these kinds of things, but these kinds of things are going to be subject to laws of chemestry and physics.

Thanks Neil! I do want to get a telescope designed for astrophotography. But i still love the views of the dobs!

Fun fact: You need an equatorial mount to take decent astrophotography images. a good start is the ioptron skytracker. dobs are not for photographing when on an atl az mount. My CGE Pro is a great mount for a telescope and astrophotgraphy. I personnaly favor 12 inch dobs, since I have one.
