pls someone help me!, I installed the SLAM, and i did the installation and application of audios fine, YES! I did everything exactly right, but always when I write ''exec slam'' in the console cs go, the game simply crashes, and there's nothing to do, it locks the screen locks up, he keeps leaving audio but gets no answer, I tried uninstalling the slam but does not work, please someone help me!

I don't think it's because of the "Alias name is too long" thing. I think they updated the audio codec from CELT to OPEC for TF2, GMod, CSS, CSGO, etc.

And so, since SLAM uses CELT, it won't work due to two conflicting audio codecs in a single program. I don't know if this is the exact solution, but I'm thinking updating the audio codec for SLAM to use OPEC so that it will work.

After the update in TF2, SLAM is lemon on that game.
but, it does work on L4D2.

We need an compatibility update.

We seriously need an Opus compatibility update. Rice, that's why you're having that issue (if you're trying to use SLAM in TF2. If it's another game, I'm not sure what's going on). I'm having the same one. The Pyro update shifted TF2 to a new voice engine that SLAM isn't compatible with yet.

Whenever I press my play key, it just turns on my mic and plays my mic. How to fix???
