My artwork cannot be deleted or modified

It's somehow glitched out, when I delete it nothing happens. When I change the visibility it says "There was a problem changing the visibility of this item (15). Please try again later"

When I try changing the title or description it says "There was a problem trying to save the title and description. Access was denied."

This item is awaiting analysis by our automated content check system. It will be temporarily hidden until we verify that it does not contain harmful content (e.g. links to websites that attempt to steal information).
Is permanently displayed above the artwork, and has not moved after hours.

Did anything ever happen with it? I'm having this same issue with a mod I made, and I'm wondering if it can be fixed or if it's a permanent thing.

Hey I never received any updates to this, however after submitting an official Steam Bug Report with the exact URL to my artwork, it disappeared from my profile one day. Hope this helps

Where did you report it? I can't seem to figure out where to do that.

I think maybe making this thread was the official submission
