ISSUE
"Game Recording" does not appear under "Toolbar Preferences" in the settings menu.
This makes it impossible to change the position of the Recording toolbar button or hide it if the Recording feature is not needed.

STEPS
Open the Steam client settings (Steam menu > Settings).
Navigate to the "In Game" category and click the "Toolbar Preferences" button.
Observe the list of available options.

RESULTS
"Game Recording" is not listed as an option.

EXPECTED
"Game Recording" should be listed as an option so that it can be customized (position / visibility) just like other toolbar buttons.
