Installed games missing from "Storage" list (Settings menu)

ISSUE
Under "Storage" (accessed from "Steam" menu > Settings > Storage) not all installed games are listed. The bottom half of the list is missing and has been replaced by empty rows which cannot be highlighted or selected. Changing the sorting option (Alphabetical, by size, last played) does not change this, only the first 17 games in the list are shown.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
Open the Steam client settings ("Steam" menu > Settings).
Click on the "Storage" category.
Scroll down through the list of installed games.

RESULTS
The bottom half (games listed after number 17) of the list does not contain any game entries, it just shows an empty space instead.

EXPECTED
All installed games are shown in the list, regardless of the number of installed games.

Switching back to stable branch immediately fixes this issue.
The issue only happens in the beta branch.

Maximizing the window shows 5 more games, but still not all of them.

I have the same problem (haven't tried the non-beta branch yet).
I see the first 16 or 17 entries depending on the size of the window. All the other entries in the list are "empty".
