8BitDo Pro 2 through Steam Input stops responding in DELTARUNE after selecting a chapter
ISSUE
The 8BitDo Pro 2 through Steam Input stops being detected by DELTARUNE after selecting a chapter. This issue does not affect other controllers using Steam Input, such as the DualShock 3 and DualShock 4.

OS
Windows 11

STEPS
Configure the 8BitDo Pro 2 with firmware 3.06, DInput mode, and Steam Input.
Run DELTARUNE.
Use the Pro 2 to select a chapter.

RESULTS
DELTARUNE stops detecting inputs from the Pro 2. Inputs are still detected by the Steam Overlay.
The Pro 2 must be disconnected & reconnected to work ingame.

EXPECTED
Pro 2 remains functional ingame.

Can confirm, 8bitdo pro 2 in dinput mode is broken in the new steam client.

Linking my topic to make it easier for steam to fix whatever issue they introduced
