ISSUE
When one of my bluetooth connected joystick disconnects for any reason I can't use the others or reconnect the previously connected one. I have a DualSense, a DualShock4 and an Ipega PG-9076 connected. If one of those disconnects, the other ones stop working on Steam in Big Picture mode. To make them start working again, I need to close steam's processes and restart it.

STEPS

- Connect one or more Bluetooth Joystick
- Make one of them disconnect (for inactivity, low battery, etc)
- Try to reconnect it OR try to use another connected joystick

RESULTS
All the joysticks won't be recognised by Steam until all its processes restart.

EXPECTED
The other joysticks shouldn't be affected by one's disconnection. The one that disconnected should be able to be recognised if reconnected.
