If you go Steam Settings and in download section, there's Download region box where the country is selected allegedly to your nearest "Steam Upload Server". But some days ago there was something that they changed that. Any ideas what region could that be? Steam didn't name it properly. As an EU user, it automatically changed to that. No clue why, even when old region was good enough.
