ISSUE
The download progress is not accurately shown on game tiles in the library.
The displayed progress bar shows different values to all other progress bars (Game details page, tile hover popup, bottom window border, downloads page).

STEPS
Add a game to a collection.
Go to Library > "Your collections" and click on that collection.
Right click on the game and select "Install".
Click "Install".
Observe the download progress bar on the game tile.

RESULTS
The download progress bar on the game tile displays different values than other download progress bars (such as: on the Game details page, inside the tile hover popup, the bottom window border progress bar, the download progress bar on the downloads page)

EXPECTED
The download progress bar on the game tile displays the same values as all other download progress bars.
