Steam Keeps Updating Files Duplicates On my Desktop
Steam Uninstalls my games and puts its Updates on my computer desktop even when i have it installed where it normally should put it.

I don’t think so I mostly down load steam normally and play games I hardly open steam files

Well, I really have no idea. If you have used software that uses symlinks, like if you run automatic backup of a folder, something may have gone wrong. Just a thing to rule out.
