ISSUE
The Steam Overlay is completely nonfunctional when I am playing a game on my laptop using an external display.

OS
MacOS Sequoia, 15.5

STEPS
Connect an external display.
Launch game on external display.
Activate Steam Overlay.

RESULTS
Overlay does not respond to any keyboard or mouse input except the hotkey to toggle it.

EXPECTED
The Overlay should, you know, work.

Note that if I switch the game to using the internal display, the overlay does work, but it then messes up all my graphics settings for the game when I switch it back to the external display to actually play the game.
