LOCATION OF THE ISSUE
This bug takes place in game store pages as well as workshop item/mod pages.
it only occurs for the part of the page that displays pictures and videos at the very top of the page.

ISSUE
When you click on the scroll bar (as in the horizontal one) that you use to cycle between pictures, it initializes on the far left of the scroll bar and refuses to move any further to the right. if you want to see the images that are located on the right, you have to move the scrollbar to the left. this causes the scrollbar to temporarily disappear.

STEPS
I couldnt identify any pattern in this bugs appearance, but this issue occurs intermittently whenever I view a store page for a game or a page for a workshop item.
RESULTS
the scroll bar scrolls the wrong way, but otherwise behaves normally.

EXPECTED
I would expect the scroll bar to scroll the pictures the same direction that I drag the scroll bar.
