I've noticed lately, whenever I use shift + tab to bring up the overlay (it's really inconsistent, however, has happened already a handful of times) and the computer will black screen followed by either nothing or will restart on its own.

My computer has no malware, viruses on it and all operating systems have been validated and reinstalled and yet this problem persists.

Anyone else experiencing issues like this?
