ISSUE
Cannot select "Sort By" or "Over time period" workshop sub menu items on steam client.

STEPS

Select Any game with a Workshop
On the Workshop page, click "Most Popular Items" to open up some submenus
Select Sort By" or "Over time period" submenu
Click any of the sub menu items. (EX. Most Popular, Last Updated, Today, One Week...etc)

RESULTS

The submenu item is highlighted, but when clicked nothing happens. If there is a workshop item underneath the submenu, then that link is opened instead of the submenu.
(EX. In pic related, clicking "Last Updated" will open up the Cryogenic Tank workshop page instead of sorting by Last Updated.)


EXPECTED
Clicking the submenu item should have the intended sorting effect.
