Bug:
Xbox Series X Controller Crashes Client
OS:
Windows 10 Pro

steps to recreate:
A1: Have a Series X Controller connected to your device
A2: Launch Steam
A3: Use a feature of the client (launch game, verify files, etc)

B1: Have steam open (especially if a game is already running)
B2: Connect a Series X Controller

Results:
within a short time the Steam Client will crash.

Expected result:
Not crashing.
