ISSUE
Turning ON my Steam Controller (and maybe other controllers?) using the Home/Guide button makes the Guide button get stuck (not physically) like I'm pressing it, making every action a chord action. I have to press it again to get it unstuck and go back to normal.
This happens everytime that I connect the Steam Controller, except if I turn it on and hold the Guide button for a second or 2 after it has connected and just then release it, then the bug doesn't happens.
This started happening at some update at the start of July maybe.
OS
Windows 10

STEPS
-Connect the Steam Controller wireless using the Guide Button with a simple click of the home button.
-The button is stuck into "Chord mode" and I have to press it again to get it unstuck.

EXPECTED
That connecting the Steam Controller with the Guide button just connects the controller and the Guide button is not constantly activated.
