Steam notifications are incorrectly scaled in mixed-DPI scenarios
I have a setup where I have a main monitor at 100% DPI scaling in Windows, and a side monitor to the right at 200% DPI scaling. For some reason, a recent update (last week/monthish) made it so that the notifications stopped working correctly. Now they look like this: https://imgur.com/GGUgRou

It looks like they adopted the DPI scale of the side monitor, but use the window size of the primary monitor. It should be using both the DPI scale and window size of the primary monitor.
