The scrollbar in the Steam app doesn't extend to the edge of the screen, which means that in a maximized window you can't interact with the scrollbar when your mouse is at the edge of the screen, which is unlike the behavior seen in any other app ever.

You always need to precisely position your mouse on top of the scrollbar to click and drag it. This is a big problem.
