ISSUE
When the "GPU accelerated webviews" option is enabled in Steam and you also have the Nvidia app installed with enabled overlay functionality - Steam client will flash to grey screen and crash/restart when you select any video in the Steam store. Also it may crash randomly at random moment while browsing community forums etc. but selecting videos in Store is 95% chance to trigger this bug. Happens on RTX cards but wasn't noticed on older GTX models.

STEPS
Make sure you have Nvidia app installed and enabled its overlay functionality
Start Steam
Go to Store, pick any game page
Select videos

RESULTS
Steam window will flash a grey frame and crash/restart. If it didn't crash on first video, it definitely will crash after selecting 3-4 videos.

EXPECTED
Video starts properly without crashing Steam client.
