BUG (SEVERE): STEAM NETWORK INTERFACE DETECTION
BUG: STEAM NETWORK INTERFACE DETECTION (DELAY TIMING CASES ARE WORST WHEN MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS ARE REGISTERED).

SYMPTOMS:

POSSIBLE SCENARIO 1:
STEAM-LOGIN "IS DELAYED" BY AT LEAST 7 SECONDS AND UP, WHEN WI-FI NETWORK HAVE GATEWAY (INTERNET ACCESS) AND A WIRED LAN INTERFACE IS DISCONNECTED.
STEAM-LOGIN TIME, IS CLOSE TO 7 SECONDS. (WITH ONE ACCOUNT REGISTERED)
STEAM-LOGIN TIME, IS CLOSE TO 30 SECONDS. (WITH MULTIPLE ACCOUNT'S REGISTERED)
(THIS IS THE TIME WHILE "WAITING FOR NETWORK..." MESSAGE IS REMAINED).

POSSIBLE SCENARIO 2:
STEAM "IS NOT DELAYED" AND INSTANTLY LOGIN WHEN WI-FI NETWORK HAVE GATEWAY (INTERNET ACCESS) AND WIRED LAN INTERFACE IS CONNECTED TO ANY DEVICE, REGARDLESS IF HAVE INTERNET ACCCES OR NOT.
LOGIN IS PRACTICALLY INSTANTANEOUS. ("WAITING FOR NETWORK..." MESSAGE ISN'T SHOW OR SHOWTIME IS VERY SHORT, LESS THAN 1 SECOND)

POSSIBLE CAUSE:
STEAM NETWORK STATUS DETECTION SYSTEM WORKING, BUT APPARENTLY, INVERTED THAN EXPECTED.
CAUSING STEAM TO WAIT RESPONSE FROM A DISCONNECTED INTERFACE AND DELAYING STEAM-LOGIN PROCESS.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS (NOT WORK FOR ME):
1. CHANGE INTERFACE METRIC / GATEWAY_METRIC (SOLVE NONE!!!)
2. AND OBVIOUSLY, DISCONNECT FROM WI-FI AND CONNECT TO INET VIA WIRED INTERFACE (NOT A PRACTICAL OPTION FOR NOTEBOOK USER'S)
CONCLUSION:
WHEN PC ONLY HAVE WI-FI METHOD FOR CONNECT TO INET, GETS SEVERELY PENALIZED ON STEAM-LOGIN PROCESS

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

0. Make sure you don't use steam.exe -silent switch. Use steam.exe without arguments if possible.
0a. If possible, register more than one account with remember option.
1. Make sure you have at least 1 wired adapter (onboard is valid so) and a Wi-Fi adapter
2. Connect to Wi-Fi with INET access (maintain Wi-Fi connected on all next steps). Leave wired LAN unconnected.
3. Open steam and take how time is required to reach steam usable.
4. Close steam.
5. Connect WIRED interface to any device without INET access, or simply set static IP without set gateway nor DNS on that interface. (The point of this is only change status from disconnected to connected on windows ncpa.cpl window).
6. repeat step 3. (steam-login time is severely reduced)

Tested on:

Windows 10 Pro, Build 10.0.19045.

Steam Beta / Steam Stable Release. (On both, same bug).

PLEASE FIX!!!

7 seconds isn't so bad, but let's drill through the root issue, if possible.
As workaround, you're be able to make a network bridge selecting the Wi-Fi and Wired adapters and create Network bridge. This solve but is weird and dirty solution
