ISSUE
Achievement names with very long text are not truncated in the Global Achievements panel. They overflow into other UI elements and are difficult to read. There's also no tooltip (title attribute) shown on hover to display the full text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Launch Steam.

Go to the LIBRARY tab.

Select a game with long achievement names (e.g. Muse Dash).

Click on Global Achievements.

Scroll through the list to find a long achievement name (e.g., "Is the Order a Lovely Girl?...).

RESULT

The achievement name is not truncated.

Text overflows and breaks layout formatting.

No tooltip or hover text is provided to read the full name.

EXPECTED RESULT

Long text should truncate with ellipsis (...).

Hovering over the truncated text should show the full name via a tooltip (title attribute) or similar.
