ISSUE
The notification switches (toggle switches) in the notification options (Settings > Notifications > Steam Notifications / Family Notifications) are cut off.
They are also too close to the text on the right (no space inbetween).

STEPS
- Open Steam Settings
- Select "Notifications" category
- Scroll down to "Steam Notifications" / "Family Notifications"
- Hover over any notification switch
- Notice the hover outline and visual alignment

RESULTS
The hover outline is cut off on the left side.
The notification switch is too close to the text label on the right side (no actual space between the switch and the text label).

EXPECTED
The notification switch has enough padding around itself to not be cut off (even if focused).
It also has enough padding between itself and its text label to not appear visually cluttered.
