ISSUE
"Primary Language" dropdown menu at this URL: https://steamhost.cn/account/languagepreferences
After clicking on the dropdown menu the width of the dropdown list is too small.
Certain languages with longer names are cut off.
This does not happen after opening the dropdown again, but will always happen after a page reload.
This also affects other dropdown menus across the Steam webpages, e.g. the "Choose refund reason..." dropdown during the "Request a Refund" workflow.

STEPS
- Open the "Language Preferences" page in Steam (Manage account > Account details > Language Preferences)
- Click on the language dropdown under "Primary Language"
- Notice the width of the dropdown list
- Dismiss the dropdown list
- Open the dropdown list again
- Notice the width of the dropdown list (compared to before)

RESULTS
The width of the dropdown list is too small. Certain languages with longer names are cut off.
This always happens when opening the dropdown for the first time after a page reload.

EXPECTED
The width of the dropdown list should be wide enough to accommodate all elements on first opening (no cut off text anymore).
Also, the width of the dropdown selector itself should be as wide as the resulting dropdown list (before opening).
This avoids the dropdown list being wider than the dropdown selector (which looks wrong).
