Recently whenever I try to upload an image, or short video in Steam Chat, I get "error 25" and cannot upload anything to my friends or group chat.

In the past I have been able to without issue, but this past week it fails 100% of the time and
I get this error.

I have found no solution online to help.

Please Advise.

So here we go again ;

When using Steam Chat with a single Friend or Group Chat, whenever I try to upload a screenshot and/or video clip, 100% of the time I get "Steam Error 25" and I cannot upload said image/video.

I click the "paperclip" icon (called "send special") in the bottom Right Corner of the Chat window, and then choose an image/video to upload. When I press "send" I get "Error 25" and it fails to send.

Alternatively, if I drag and drop an image/video directly from my Folders into the Steam Chat window, I still get "Error 25".

I can reproduce "Error 25" 100% of the time I try to upload an image/video in Steam Chat.
