ISSUE
Whenever I change out to the Beta Steam client, all downloads just stop working.

OS
Windows 10, Windows 11, SteamOS

STEPS
I've changed download region, cleared the download cache, launched a game with an update queued, everything you could think of within the client. And this goes for every device in the house including two Windows PC's and a Steam Deck. The only thing that seems to fix this is switching the client back to Stable so there seems to be something wrong in the Beta client that prevents downloads.

RESULTS
All downloads just stop working.

EXPECTED
All downloads should work.
