Problems with the display of the friends list

STEPS
• As you can see in Figure 1, I only have five friends, two offline, two in-game, and one away. One of them is playing Diablo IV, but it is a Battle.net platform that he added, not a Steam platform, and the game logo is "N/A".
• In Figure 2, I manually offline friends and chats.
• In Figure 3, I manually online friends and chats. Friends playing third-party Diablo IV in my friends list are not displayed. The chat window on the right opens when I take screenshot 1. After going online again, the chat window resumes, and I can even see my friend's game status, but the friend is not displayed in the list on the left. However, another friend playing APEX is displayed normally.
