Blank Desktop Layout screen after selecting 'Disable Steam Input'
ISSUE
Desktop layout screen is blank after selecting 'Disable Steam Input' from it's settings menu.
There isn't a way to re-enable Steam Input.

Steam Stable/Beta
Desktop mode + Big Picture mode

OS: WIN10 but presume it affects all

STEPS
- Steam > Settings > Controller > Desktop Layout [Edit] > gear icon > Disable Steam Input > Confirm

RESULT
Blank Desktop layout screen

EXPECTED
Desktop Layout screen to show option to 'Enable Steam Input' etc (don't recall what else it used to show)

I came across the same result on the Steam deck itself, I'm having trouble trying to get steam input re-enabled with no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated

On a game you can go to the library page -> gear icon ->properties ->controller and set steam input to enabled or default
