Can't Valve/Steam do something a bit better on their end?

Right now this sale is going on, I click the main sale header link at top of Steam Store page to go to that particular Sales listing; tons of games listed are "Coming Soon"

Why the F are those even listed in there at all?
That makes zero sense.
