ISSUE
Trades offered in the Steam client on PC are not viewable on PC but they are viewable on the iPhone. If the trade is accepted on the iPhone the acceptance does not show on the PC but it does show accepted on the iPhone. The profile does not show the badge for "Make a Trade" even though the trade was accepted.

STEPS
Prerequisite - you do not have the "Make a trade" badge
Select a game from the library.
Choose "View My Trading Cards."
Choose "View Cards in my Inventory."
Choose "Trade Offers."
Choose "New Trade Offers."
Choose the person to trade with.
Choose items from your inventory and their inventory to trade, check "Click here to confirm trade contents," click "Make Offer"
Confirm "Sent Offers" under Trade Offers show a pending trade
Ask your friend to check Steam under the Trade Offers screen (see instructions to navigate above) - they will not see an Incoming Offer which is the first bug
However, if they check their phone's Steam app they will have a pending Confirmation
Have them accept the pending Confirmation, it successfully goes away
Go back to the original PC as the sender of the trade, check your Trade Offer - It still says there is a pending trade even though it was accepted which is the second bug.
Click your screenname -> Profile.
Click Badges.
Click the "Make a trade" badge and it is still not fulfilled - third bug.

EXPECTED
The first bug, Steam should show an "Incoming Offer" to the person receiving the trade request.
The second bug, if someone confirms the trade request from their phone, the request should not show a Sent Offer for the original trade but should show it in the Trade History.
The third bug, after confirming the trade the "Make a trade" badge should be honored.
