Allow Users to disable general game recording when game specific recording settings exist
I have game recording settings for my most used games set up but i don't want to record any other games besides them. It would be nice to have an option to disable the recording for "All other games" if you have game specific recording settings enabled.

It would be nice to not have to disable recording for every other game I don't want background recording on.
