How are we still only able to ignore 100 curators after nearly 8 years of it being available??

Either give us an official option to completely opt out of all curators, or increase the limit.

I can't imagine why there's such an unreasonably low limit, considering it should just be a really simple DB relationship, and not only that, but the number of garbage curators seems to be growing exponentially by the day.
